2. Services

Setup Syndicate provides professional home tech support services in London, including:

  • Sonos and wireless speaker setup
  • TV and soundbar configuration
  • WiFi troubleshooting and network setup
  • Gaming console setup
  • General home tech support and troubleshooting
3. Bookings and Appointments

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only after payment has been processed successfully.

3.2 Appointment Times

We operate Monday to Saturday. Specific times are subject to availability.

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of booking. Refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment and are processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Service Delivery

Clients must provide safe and adequate access to the service location and to the relevant equipment. Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for providing the equipment to be set up. Our services are limited to the London area.

6. Liability

We take professional care in all work and are fully insured. We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage to equipment or property. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is the property of Setup Syndicate Home Tech Ltd and protected by copyright law.

8. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
